Intranets and digital workplaces are very different to external websites, other internal comms channels and IT projects. They come with their own set of unique challenges.

Intranet teams tend to be small and left to their own devices. Not many people understand what they really do both inside and outside your organisation, so it can be hard to get advice or guidance when you need it.

But don’t worry, we know exactly where you’re coming from. We both spent over a decade managing intranets and collaboration platforms in large, complex global organisations. And we’ve been helping intranet and digital workplace teams ever since.

We provide mentoring to individuals and teams to help them gain the practical advice and confidence they need to feel they are on top of their role. We provide confidential, non-judgemental mentoring and support through one-to-one sessions or regular calls. We may also be able to put you in touch with other practitioners if we think this will help.
