Team skills evaluation

We developed the Spark Trajectory Intranet and Digital Workplace skills matrix as a tool to assess your and your team’s competencies. It’s free to use.

But sometimes teams need a more structured approach or a little help to get the best out of the matrix. We offer remote and on-site options to assess your team’s skills. Everyone involved receives an individual, personalised report to help plan their onward professional development.

We’ll help make everyone an intranet and digital workplace pro and help your team perform better, together.
