Intranet Reboot Accelerator

Get your intranet management running smoothly: Intranet projects can be fraught and it is easy to miss things in the rush: operational processes, governance controls, measurement…

We've put together a bundle of resources that can help. It details all of the things that you might need to make the management of your intranet a success. We'll work with you to understand how you do things and what can be improved and you'll soon knock off any rough edges.

Oops!

Did I forget something? There is never enough time and resources when it comes to intranets. It can be easy to cut corners on intranet management when you are focused on so many other things. However, you'll always be worrying about the long-term effects of a lack of process, control, strategy or measurement.

We've got this

Let's get you sorted: We're constantly helping organisations launch their shiny new intranets and we see what works. Building on our innovative Intranet Governance Accelerator we wanted to distill the collective wisdom of the intranet industry into a platform to act as a guide – for us to work together as well as to support you. It's never too late to get organised.

How it works

The Reboot Accelerator guides you in two ways.

Firstly, we provide an online resource full of assets: guidance, templates, copy for communications, governance controls, role documents, project tasks and regular duties – all wrapped up in a timeline advising you on what you should do when.

Secondly, you get us! We'll work with you to improve the areas you think need the most attention. Need to backfill your Strategy? We'll whip one up. Need to work on your decision making processes? We've got tools to help.

We will start by scoping it to your needs with a series of workshops to understand where you are in your project and who is already involved. Then we'll agree a series of themes and deliverables and arrange a regular stand-up meeting to check on progress.

	•	Initiation stage:
	•	Kick-off workshop with project team (icon showing four people at a screen).
	•	Discovery work with project team (person icon writing, paired with Spark brand icon).
	•	Choose accelerator themes with project team (same meeting icon repeated).
	•	Time split between themes:
A 3x5 grid showing how five numbered themes progress across three phases:
	•	Conception: All theme markers in light grey.
	•	Development: Themes darken.
	•	Handover/delivery: Themes are coloured orange, indicating delivery readiness.
	•	Regular check-ins:
Three stacked meeting icons (four people at a screen), representing recurring client check-in meetings.

Once our engagement has concluded, we will leave you with read-only access to the online resource so that you can refer to it as required.
