Community development skill levels

Apprentice

Manages the development of a small number of communities throughout their lifecycle covering adoption, processes, outputs and other important elements.

Practitioner

Formalises a community development approach, mapped to different community types in order to be widely adopted by community and site managers through the organisation.

Master

Designs and manages a sustainable, enterprise-level programme of community development that aligns with HR processes, learning strategies, professional development, marketing offerings and other organisational elements.
