Apprentice
Logically orders a single, small digital space. Provides page and navigation labels that are easily understood by the target audience to aid findability.
Practitioner
Orders, labels and organises digital spaces at a large-scale. Employes research techniques (such as card sorting) to ensure that categorisations will be successful for their target audience.
Master
Coordinates the organisation, labelling and navigation of multiple interrelated digital spaces and employs metadata schemas to bind together key data types and maximise findability. Establishes guidance and governance to ensure sustainable operation.
