Establishes frameworks for content lifecycle, ownership, metadata integrity, and corpus quality across platforms, including AI-enabled systems where retrieval and accuracy depend on consistent operational discipline. Intervenes to resolve cross-platform governance failures, address systemic issues, and ensure that the organisation's digital estate remains controlled, current, and trustworthy.
