User experience design
Skills related to the discovery of user needs through direct observational and qualitative research on users' behaviours and motivations concerning given tasks.
Apprentice
Conducts limited user research projects using tools such as interviews, focus groups, observation, diaries or surveys. Documents and communicates findings to stakeholders.
Practitioner
Designs and conducts detailed user research for larger projects and the ability to analyse, document and synthesise findings from multiple sources.
Master
Details an ongoing programme of user research including comprehensive documentation on audience characteristics (such as personas, segmentation or demographic data) for use by other projects or programmes.
