Apprentice

Writes and edits content intended for a target audience. Reviews AI-generated content for factual accuracy, appropriate tone, and fitness for purpose before publishing.

Practitioner

Writes and edits content with specific purposes for different target audiences, using appropriate techniques (such as 'inverted pyramid') to ensure information needs are met.

Master

Takes on editorial responsibility for an intranet or other related digital workplace channels. Ensures all content is targeted and purposeful to intended goals, through writing and editing.
