Channel delivery skill levels

Apprentice

Delivers effective and timely internal communications across one or more channel.

Practitioner

Manages the delivery of internal communications across a handful of channels, working to or managing an editorial calendar.

Master

Manages the delivery of internal communications across a multi-channel environment, working to an editorial calendar. Operates an improvement cycle framework to track messaging impact and audience engagement, with a set process to make subsequent improvements to channel performance.
